We accept payment by EFT and currently offer no credit card payments unfortunately. Banking details are sent via the invoice once your order has been confirmed.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping on board bags is free in certain areas around Cape Town, otherwise either Postnet to Postnet or their courier service, or another courier location depending. Shipping costs are noted on your invoice.
Rural or outlying areas will incur an extra charge.
Hand-to-Hand Couriers only deliver to a physical address during business hours.
You can return an unwanted product to us provided that it is undamaged and unused, and you inform us of the return within 7 days after you receive the product. You will be required to return the item at your own expense.
Regrettably, custom made board bags cannot be returned.
First prize is actually measuring your board first hand – we are based in Milnerton, Cape Town. The next best is a photo clearly showing the outline and as much information regarding the model, make and year model of the specific board. Our online store has the facility to upload a photo and provide all the necessary information.
